About this role

About Gigs

At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services—a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.

Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity—bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.

Our team of around 150 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We’re tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.

If you’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we’d love to hear from you.

Things We Care About

We are building in a highly complex space and tackling a massive problem. We want people who lean in when things get hard.

- Speed. We move and we ship. We set bold deadlines and treat every week like it matters.

- Ownership. If you see something broken, fix it. We don't wait for permission.

- Customer Obsession . Our customers' product is our product.

- Ambiguity. We're building frontier technology in a complex domain. You'll need sound judgement and good instincts to make decisions without complete information.

- First principles. We don't ask how things have been done before. We ask why they were done that way at all.

The Role

As a senior member of the GTM team at Gigs, you'll spearhead the acquisition and growth of strategic partnerships with the world's leading technology companies looking to embed connectivity into their products. The biggest consumer technology companies across marketplaces, social platforms, vertical SaaS, and AI platforms own massive, engaged audiences and are searching for subscription value, retention levers, and new margin.

You'll lead first-of-a-kind, revenue-oriented deals with these companies, working closely with our GM of US Consumer and a dedicated cross-functional team. You'll be responsible for building our customer pipeline, structuring innovative commercial partnerships, and seeing that our relationships drive business growth. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the consumer technology ecosystem and strong commercial acumen to identify and capture opportunities, including new waves in technology (such as agentic commerce) that will change consumer buying behavior.

What You Will Do

- Partnership Execution: Lead end-to-end partnership discussions with leading technology companies, from initial outreach through deal structuring and commercial negotiations. These are pioneering deals with no established playbook, so you'll build and maintain senior relationships across product, operations, and business functions, while establishing repeatable engagement and qualification processes to support scale.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the vertical. Identify target segments and partnership archetypes (membership programs, marketplaces, vertical SaaS, AI platforms), craft compelling value propositions, and design scalable partnership structures and playbooks that enable consistent execution and long-term growth.

- Pipeline Management: Build, operationalize, and continuously optimize a robust partnership funnel across technology subsegments and use cases. Implement clear qualification criteria, stage definitions, and prioritization frameworks based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and implementation complexity.

- Commercial Strategy: Structure creative, scalable commercial models that align with partners' business objectives while capturing durable value for Gigs. Partner with legal and finance to standardize deal structures, streamline contracting, and enable faster deal velocity as the pipeline scales.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with internal teams to operationalize partnerships pre and post-signature and ensure successful onboarding and expansion. Translate market and partner insights into actionable feedback to inform roadmap priorities and process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

- You're a proven deal-maker: You have a track record of closing complex, strategic, revenue-oriented partnerships with leading technology companies. You're comfortable pursuing first-of-a-kind deals where the playbook doesn't yet exist, and beyond getting deals done, you know how to systemize sourcing, qualification, and negotiation to support predictable, repeatable growth across an enterprise sales cycle.

- You understand consumer technology: You have deep knowledge of the consumer technology ecosystem, including key players, business models, and industry trends. You can speak credibly about subscription and membership economics, platform monetization, retention strategy, and emerging shifts like agentic commerce that will reshape how consumers buy.

- You're commercially creative: You can structure innovative partnership models that create win-win scenarios. You're comfortable with complex commercial terms and can translate partner needs into viable deal structures.

- You're analytically strong: You can build detailed business cases, model partnership economics, and use data to drive decision-making. You understand unit economics and can evaluate partnership opportunities quantitatively.

- You're a strategic collaborator: You work effectively with internal stakeholders, particularly program management, to ensure alignment between commercial promises and implementation capabilities. You're known for creating clarity, building trust, and driving outcomes through structured collaboration and operational rigor.

Salary range: $180,000 - $260,000 annually + variable + equity

(The final offer depends on your background, skills, and how you perform through the process. We're open to considering outlier candidates, which may result in an adjustment to the scope and compensation)
