About this role

SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Growth Integration Lead to serve as the right-hand partner to the Army Navy Business Group Growth Officer (GO). This critical role provides both strategic and operational support, enhancing the GO’s ability to execute SAIC’s growth strategy. The Growth Integration Lead acts as a key integrator and enabler, driving alignment across the organization to deliver on business growth objectives, manage priorities, and oversee key initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly organized, and driven professional capable of balancing high-level planning with tactical execution. With a deep understanding of business growth dynamics, the Growth Integration Lead will work across cross-functional teams to foster alignment, manage growth initiatives, and execute the vision of SAIC's Army Navy Business Group Growth Officer.

In addition, this growth role has distinct ownership across Commercial Growth Leadership, COCOM Market Ownership, and BD Infrastructure Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy and Execution

- Translate high-level growth strategies into actionable roadmaps, monitor execution, and address roadblocks to achieve desired outcomes
- Own pipeline value, health, and bookings performance across the full portfolio, including commercial and COCOM growth targets
- Set and deliver annual and quarterly growth targets across traditional defense, commercial, and Combatant Command markets

Cross-Functional Leadership and Stakeholder Alignment

- Serve as the central coordination point across business development, marketing, operations, and finance to align on strategic objectives and priorities
- Drive accountability and collaboration among teams through clear communication of goals, deadlines, and expectations
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Growth Officer, providing insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making

Performance, Reporting, and Leadership Support

- Build and manage dashboards to track KPIs tied to growth objectives, market penetration, and revenue generation
- Prepare and drive executive-level performance reviews, board meetings, strategy sessions, and partner engagements
- Organize and prioritize the GO's calendar and ensure follow-through on key growth initiatives

BD Strategy, Capture Governance, and Customer Engagement

- Co-own and operationalize the Business Group's growth strategy across all four military customer sets and commercial markets
- Govern the capture portfolio and chair investment councils that direct B&P spend across defense, commercial, and COCOM pursuits
- Maintain senior DoD relationships at the SES and Flag Officer level and represent SAIC at the C-suite and Board level in both defense and commercial contexts

BD Infrastructure and Organizational Leadership

- Own the design, build, and performance of the Army Navy Business Group's entire BD infrastructure — including organizational structure, processes, tooling, and performance standards
- Lead change management efforts to drive company-wide adoption of growth objectives and strategic priorities
- Lead high-visibility special projects including market expansion, competitive analyses, and M&A evaluations

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field and 18+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business development, program management, or consulting
- 5+ years in VP-level or equivalent senior leadership roles
- Demonstrated bookings accountability across defense and commercial markets
- Established senior DoD relationships at the SES and/or Flag Officer level
- Experience with COCOM market engagement and capture governance at scale
- Strong analytical, project management, and executive communication skills
- Proficiency with Power BI, Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools such as Gemini and CoPilot

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of the government contracting industry and the Government Acquisition process
- Familiarity with financial modeling and budgetary planning
- Experience with CRM systems, data analytics platforms, and financial planning tools
