We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Software Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain internal business applications, automated reporting solutions, and data workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET, React, SQL, and Power BI , and will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
What You will Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications using C#, .NET, and React .
- Build and enhance automated reporting and analytics solutions using SQL and Power BI , replacing manual reporting processes with real-time dashboards and insights.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain relational database structures, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and performance.
- Own software features end-to-end, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PLM, Operations, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready code with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshoot application and data issues, implement fixes, and continuously improve system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and best practices within the engineering team.
What You Will Bring:
- 5-8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Hands-on experience developing modern web applications using React.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Understanding software development best practices, code versioning, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or operational business systems.
- Knowledge of API development, system integrations, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Azure, DevOps pipelines, or cloud-based application deployment.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Pay Range: $100K-$110K
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
This role is considered an on-site position located in Irving, Texas
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
