What this job involves:

As a Hospitality Supervisor at JLL, you will lead and inspire our Concierge Team within a premier, high-profile retail environment. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and build strong relationships with retailers, property management, and key community stakeholders. What your day-to-day will look like:

- Lead, coach, and motivate the concierge team to deliver best-in-class guest service.
- Manage team scheduling, timecard approvals, and lobby presentation standards.
- Build strong relationships with local community partners, hotels, and attractions.
- Partner with property management to execute marketing events and community programs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the property and local trends to provide premium recommendations.
- Serve as a key brand advocate for the property and represent the concierge program across departments.
- Drive operational goals and KPIs while ensuring team flexibility during peak times.
- Keep stakeholders informed of property activities, guest feedback, and strategic recommendations.
- Cultivate a supportive environment, as we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.

Expected Schedule: 40 hours per week across 5 days, Saturday and Sunday availability is required

Required qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three to five years of progressive experience in hospitality, guest services, or retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training, and scheduling a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a diplomatic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Deep knowledge of local attractions, dining, cultural institutions, and transit options.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the property, and assist with light event set-up.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred qualifications:

- Prior supervisory experience within a high-profile, luxury, or high-volume service setting.
- Proficiency with iOS systems and modern digital hospitality platforms.
- A passion for mentorship and a desire to embrace more innovative ways of working to advance your team's careers.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Expected compensation for this position:

63,000.00 – 65,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
