Drive development of customized proprietary software solutions by leading team of software developers, including:

·        Maintaining team productivity and output quality.

·        Organize project-specific processes: launch, post-mortem, and demo.

·        Coordinate communication reports within the team, including status, technical, and knowledge sharing.

·        Communicate project and department information to the team.

·        Report team status to Project Manager.

·        Find and execute ways to continually improve team performance.

·        Remove and escalate barriers to team performance.

· Balance work within the team.

Works productively as part of a software development team, including:

·        Maintaining existing computer programs by making required modifications, identifying and communicating problems, processes and solutions, preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

·        Ensure visibility of team including maintaining the team’s web page.

Play a hands–on role in driving the successful implementation and enhancements of high-quality system components, including:

·        Utilize expert knowledge of current technology to create innovative and elegant software designs to meet current business needs.

Ensure the integrity of component designs as they pass through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
