As the North America Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Leader, you will drive supply chain execution and performance across North America by translating forecasts and analytics into actionable insights, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment between operational plans and business objectives.
Your role:
- Lead North America S&OE and supply chain programs, translating supply chain forecasts, performance analytics, and business insights into actionable recommendations that improve operational performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with key stakeholders across supply chain and the broader organization to align program goals, annual operating plans, forecasts, resources, priorities, and execution while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end supply chain processes by identifying performance gaps, developing improvement roadmaps, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, forecast effectiveness, cost performance, and operational excellence.
- Leverage data analytics, reporting tools, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance supply chain and financial reporting, improve visibility into performance, and enable more effective planning and decision-making.
- Manage supply chain programs throughout the program lifecycle, including business cases, program charters, key performance indicators, risks, dependencies, progress reporting, and escalations, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and Philips quality standards.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience with a master’s degree in supply chain, project management, program management, portfolio management, Agile methodology, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Your skills include strong supply chain and program management expertise, the ability to interpret complex supply chain forecasts and analytics and translate data into actionable business insights, annual planning and reporting, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, risk management, and performance measurement. Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, or advanced analytics for supply chain or financial reporting is a plus.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.

- You’re an analytical and strategic leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills who can work effectively across functions, align diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement across the North America supply chain.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in CT is $136,000 to $216,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
