Program Manager, Enterprise Learning – Work at Home
Job summary
Provides enterprise-level leadership for the design, governance, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs and infrastructure. Ensures alignment of learning initiatives with organizational priorities, regulatory and compliance requirements, and workforce capability needs. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, effective, and compliant learning solutions across the organization.
Essential functions
- Leads the execution and lifecycle management of enterprise learning programs, including intake, design, deployment, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and workforce capability needs.
- Serves as program owner for designated learning initiatives, accountable for scope, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- Partners with senior stakeholders across clinical, operational, HR, compliance, legal, and functional teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable learning solutions.
- Supports governance processes and forums, including intake prioritization, decision-making, and alignment with enterprise standards and capacity.
- Contributes to curriculum and program design, including development and delivery of learning solutions, facilitation approaches, and learner experience.
- Applies learning transfer and effectiveness principles to support engagement, application, and sustained behavior change.
- Partners with learning technology, LMS, reporting, and digital teams to support content deployment, learner targeting, system functionality, and user experience.
- Supports coordination and execution of enterprise learning cycles, including mandatory training and large-scale program rollouts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Monitors program metrics and learning data, partnering with analytics teams to evaluate effectiveness, compliance, and outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Leads or supports cross-functional initiatives, pilots, and enhancements, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables.
- Partners with communications and stakeholder groups to develop and execute communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning programs.
- Conducts research and applies emerging learning practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance program effectiveness, scalability, and learner experience.

Education
- Bachelors degree in communications, education, human resource management, or closely related field (required)
- Masters degree in communications, education, human resource management, or closely related field (preferred)
Experience
- 5 years’ experience in learning, education, or human resources (required)

Range:
- Minimum: $ 35.82
- Maximum: $ 50.48
