Pay Range: $85,000 to $95,000 (salary exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As an Integration Developer II, you design, develop, and optimize enterprise integrations, identity solutions, automated workflows, and technology platforms across Vivie. This role provides technical ownership of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Workato, and related technologies while partnering with teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. By maximizing existing technology capabilities and simplifying processes, this position strengthens system connectivity, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
As an Integration Developer II, you will:
Enterprise Integration & Automation
- Independently design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations, APIs, automated workflows, and data exchanges using Workato or similar platforms. Develop reusable solutions, automate manual processes, and leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Identity & Access Management
- Serve as a technical lead for Microsoft Entra ID, overseeing identity lifecycle automation, single sign-on (SSO), application integrations, automated provisioning, role-based access, and authentication solutions. Partner with Security and IT Operations to ensure secure, reliable access across enterprise systems.
Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management
- Provide technical ownership, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and related services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform. Develop and maintain solutions for device enrollment, application deployment, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management. Partner with IT Operations, Security, and IT Support to ensure Microsoft technologies are secure, scalable, supportable, and effectively utilized.
Technology Ecosystem & Solution Design
- Evaluate Vivie's technology ecosystem to identify opportunities for integration, automation, simplification, and innovation. Collaborate with technical and business teams to design secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions while maximizing existing technology investments and minimizing unnecessary complexity.
Support, Governance & Partnership
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, maintain system documentation, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and change management standards. Partner with IT, Security, Data, business leaders, vendors, and application owners to support implementation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

This job also requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
- Four or more years of experience in systems integration, software development, application development, automation, identity management, or related technology roles.
- Demonstrated experience independently designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise integrations, automated workflows, and technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune, including identity lifecycle management, SSO, automated provisioning, role-based access, and endpoint management.
- Experience with Workato or similar integration platform as a service (iPaaS) and enterprise automation technologies.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, web services, authentication protocols, data structures, integration patterns, and scripting or programming languages.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, modern application architecture, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI/LLM technologies used in enterprise automation.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, system security, change management, and technical documentation best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and community partners.
