Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Security Officers on Thursday, October 15, 2026 from 10:00AM - 2:00PM.

Sunstates Security is seeking professional, customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as

Unarmed Corporate Security Officers at a premier corporate campus in Frisco, Texas.

This is a high-visibility, client-facing security position requiring exceptional professionalism, strong

communication skills, and a polished appearance. Officers serve as ambassadors of both Sunstates Security

and our client while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and

executives.

Meet with Hiring Managers to explore Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in the Frisco, Texas area. Various days and shifts are available with a pay range of $18.00 - $22.66/hr, with weekly pay.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- White Glove Customer Service is a must.
- Must have an Active Texas Level II Security License in hand.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Current CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to work in a professional corporate environment.
- Military experience preferred.
- Law enforcement experience preferred.
- Corporate security, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience highly desired
- Willing and able to work holidays and weekends.
- Willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Must regularly walk or stand for extended periods of time and distance.

These positions support a professional corporate environment, and it involves daily interaction with executives, employees, clients, and visitors, selected candidates must be able to meet established appearance standards.

- No visible facial piercings while on duty.
- No visible tattoos that cannot be covered while in uniform.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to present a polished corporate image consistent with client expectations.
- Access control and badge verification.
- Visitor management.
- Active safety and security patrols.
- Interior and exterior patrols.
- CCTV and alarm monitoring.
- Incident response and report writing.
- Emergency response, including CPR/AED assistance when needed.
- Providing exceptional customer service to employees, executives, and visitors.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
