About the Job

We're seeking a patient-focused Chiropractor to provide onsite musculoskeletal care as part of a new employer-sponsored healthcare initiative.

This position begins as a 13-week temporary assignment, working 20 hours per week, starting January 4, 2027 . There is potential for the assignment to be extended into a long-term opportunity based on program success and business needs.

You'll provide hands-on treatment, individualized care planning, and patient education to improve mobility, support recovery, and prevent workplace injuries.

What You'll Do

- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations, including orthopedic, neurological, postural, and functional movement assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on pain reduction, mobility, and functional improvement
- Provide chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercise, and other appropriate treatment modalities
- Support workplace injury prevention through ergonomic assessments, job task evaluations, and early intervention strategies
- Educate patients on posture, body mechanics, home exercise programs, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Collaborate with the integrated care team to coordinate treatment, monitor progress, and support safe return-to-work
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in onsite wellness and patient engagement initiatives

What You'll Bring

- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program required
- Active, unrestricted chiropractic license in the state of practice required
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Chiropractor preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, and evidence-based treatment
- Excellent communication, patient education, and collaboration skills
- Self-directed, adaptable approach with enthusiasm for helping establish a new clinical service
