-Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of a designated location.
Ensure effective communication with team members, tenants, vendors, and management.
Lead and supervise a custodial team, demonstrating strong organizational/communication skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
Submit daily, weekly or monthly reports.
Review and submit employee timecards weekly.
Oversee the cleaning, parking lots, and building maintenance.
Operate leaf blowers and perform pressure washing on walk paths and necessary areas.
Conduct painting tasks as required.
Drive to pick up and transport building supplies efficiently.
Communicate effectively with management, customers, vendors, and property managers. Maintain clear and professional communication via phone and email.
Attend and actively participate in company meetings to discuss operational strategies and updates.
Perform other assigned duties by your supervisor.
-Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid Hawaii driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Previous maintenance or related experience required.
Must pass the HBM prescreen check.
Basic phone and computer skills for managing scheduling, tracking performance metrics, and utilizing various software tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English is required.
Strong public relations and communication skills.
Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently, carrying at least 25 lbs., reaching overhead, grasping objects, pressing, bending, kneeling, walking, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking up and down stairs, and using a ladder.
-Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM–3:00 PM (subject to emergencies and mandatory meetings)
-Hourly pay rate: $18.00
