REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
- Retail Pharmacy Only: Two years of Retail Pharmacy experience as a Pharmacy Technician
EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma/GED
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- CPhT (PHARMACY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION) Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy must be received by 1 week after hire
- CERT-PHT (CERTIFIED PHARMACY TECHNICIAN)
SKILLS:
- Phase II Training must be complete within 90 days of hire. Must complete training or demonstrate equivocal vocational training
