What you will do:

- Act as the value management for CS Europe, driving financial, operational and strategic performance across the region.

- Ensure investment discipline and independent challenge of business cases, pricing models, assumptions and profitability across countries.

- Monitor end-to-end portfolio profitability, from origination through operations, and identify value creation and optimization opportunities.

- Lead transversal performance excellence initiatives, including profitability improvement, OPEX efficiency, CAPEX optimization, KPI tracking and commercial acceleration programs.

- Support strategic projects, key customer opportunities and the structuring of new business models and products (e.g., Solar + Storage, Heat,...).

- Coordinate post-merger integration, earnout management and strategic transformation initiatives.

- Provide strategic and analytical support to the CS Europe Lead and Country Managers, ensuring alignment with regional priorities.

- Foster collaboration across Product Development, Global Accounts, Commercial Excellence, GAM and local country teams.

What are we looking for:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in management, economics, finance or engineering

- More than 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate finance, consulting, investment management, commercial excellence or related fields.

- Strong financial and operational acumen, with exposure to P&L and performance metrics

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset

- Experience supporting strategic projects and transversal initiatives

- Ability to work across geographies and functions in a matrix environment

- High level of autonomy, execution capacity, and ownership

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact with senior stakeholders

- Exposure to M&A transactions, integrations or earnout management is a plus.

- Experience with pricing strategy, commercial transformation or performance improvement programs is a plus.

- Knowledge of energy storage, distributed generation, energy services or new energy solutions is a plus.

- Experience supporting market expansion or new market entry initiatives.

- Fluent in English
