About the role:
As the Director, OPX Global Marketing, you will lead marketing activities for the OPX business. These activities will include market intelligence for Nuclear Fuel, Instrumentation & Control, Parts, Outage Services, Generation & Industrial Services, Long-term Operations, and Engineered Solutions. You will guide a team that is aligned with Westinghouse's corporate and BU goals, provides sales enablement and supports commercial growth. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer, OPX BU and work remotely. 100% Remote Job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an integrated marketing plan aligned with Westinghouse corporate, team and sales goals and OPX commercial growth priorities and strategic accounts goals.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, setting priorities, providing guidance and mentorship to staff and external partners to strengthen execution across the portfolio.
- Strengthen OPX visibility and market positioning through digital marketing, content strategy, expertise, campaigns, videos and tools
- Enhance the customer experience and deliver personalized, account-based marketing (ABM) campaign experiences and translate customer insights into recommendations that improve commercial effectiveness, customer satisfaction and business growth,
- Lead the use of AI-enabled marketing practices, including content optimization, audience segmentation, analytics and workflow automation.
- Oversee market research process and competitive analyses, providing guidance to OPX leadership for strategic positioning of products/services in the marketplace.
- Develop a comprehensive market intelligence capability covering customers, competitors, market trends, latest opportunities and growth strategies.
- Partner with commercial, operations, legal, government affairs, supply chain and global communications partners to support growth and customer engagement.
- Measure campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness in guiding growth.
- Determine strategic positioning of conference activities, sponsorships, and Westinghouse-hosted events.
- Maintain consistency across marketing touchpoints, following Westinghouse brand guidelines.
- Assist commercial and BU technology/segment teams in developing programs to aide in the growth new markets, completion of new customers, and capture of more wallet share from existing customers.
- Manage annual marketing budget and guide strategy for execution of plans and campaign activities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in a marketing leadership or relevant role with experience in complex positions and levels including experience managing professionals.
- 10+ years of BU or product marketing experience, including experience leading creative teams and overseeing projects or related disciplines.·
- Experience in digital marketing/tools, including ABM campaigns guiding the customer journey, AI functions and team members in development of AI content and creative assets using agents.·
- Mid-to-expert level knowledge in using MS Copilot, Adobe suite and digital tools tech stack.·
- Experience developing marketing professionals, managing performance and building teams
- Expertise in working with senior business leaders, translating priorities into compelling marketing strategies.·
- Experience developing executive-level market intelligence and competitive landscape analyses.·
- International travel, 10%-20%.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $162,000 to $202,500 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
