Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager!
As a Nurse Manager, you will p rovide clinical and operational leadership for assigned Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) and Office Infusion Center (OIC) locations. Accountable for safe, high-quality patient care, effective staffing, regulatory and clinical compliance, employee development, and consistent execution of the Healthcare standards. Partners with Physicians, Practice Leaders, Pharmacy, Clinical Education, People & Culture, Quality, and Operations to support reliable site performance and an exceptional patient experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential job duties and everyday responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Managers oversee and coordinate daily operations and efficient workflows, set team goals and track progress, select, supervise, and develop employees, and report team performance and operational updates to their supervisor.
- Provides clinical and operational leadership across assigned sites, ensuring safe care consistent with provider orders, organizational policies, clinical standards, medication administration requirements, and infection prevention practices.
- Selects, supervises, coaches, and develops assigned nursing and clinical employees; sets clear expectations, completes performance evaluations, recognizes strong performance, and addresses performance or employee-relations concerns in partnership with People & Culture.
- Manages schedules, attendance, timekeeping, overtime, PRN utilization, and cross-coverage, in collaboration with Staffing, to align resources with patient volume, acuity, operating needs, and labor-efficiency expectations.
- Ensures employees maintain required licensure, certifications, competencies, training, and clinical readiness; partners with Clinical Education, Quality, Pharmacy, and other teams to address gaps and maintain audit readiness.
- Monitors patient flow, documentation, medication and supply processes, productivity, safety, service, and adherence to standard work; uses performance data to identify gaps and implement timely corrective actions.
- Builds effective relationships with physicians, provider practices, client leaders, patients, caregivers, and internal partners; serves as an escalation point and communicates clinical and operational issues and resolutions promptly.
- Supports quality, patient-safety, medication-safety, infection-prevention, incident review, and continuous-improvement activities, including root-cause analysis and corrective or preventive actions when appropriate.
- Supports implementation, expansion, transition, and integration of AIC/OIC locations, including staffing and clinical readiness; travels regularly among assigned sites and provides direct clinical support when operationally necessary.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university ; or Associate degree in Nursing + 3 years relevant nursing leadership experience.
- 5 -10 years of experience; advanced clinical and leadership skills with the ability to independently manage complex patient-care and operational situations.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive RN experience, including at least two (2) years of nursing leadership or comparable clinical leadership experience. Ambulatory infusion and multi-site clinical leadership experience preferred.
License and Certifications
- State Board of Nursing Licensed; active and unencumbered.
- Must possess valid basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) preferred.
