WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As our Admissions and Outreach Director, you will work full-time from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday , with some scheduled weekend outreach events and community meetings.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through enrollment and supporting them throughout their journey. You'll spearhead outreach initiatives, organize community events, manage tuition tracking, and ensure financial procedures and legal compliance are meticulously followed. Collaborating closely with your team, you will keep everything running smoothly. Every day, you'll help families feel seen, supported, and empowered.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM OUR ADMISSIONS AND OUTREACH DIRECTOR
We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in outreach, admissions, program coordination, or a related role
- Experience with data management, financial record-keeping, and compliance reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
These skills and qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Bilingual abilities, specifically Spanish to English
- Experience in private education, childcare administration, or early childhood administration
- Knowledge of state and local tuition assistance programs
