I.T Integration Lead

Evolution Mining is a premier global gold company operating six mines across Australia and Canada. We’re transforming mines and uplifting careers. We took our Cowal Gold Operations underground in just seven years. We extended the mine life of our Ernest Henry Operations to 2040 and doubled its ore reserves.

We are now looking for an IT Integration Lead to join our Group IT team in Sydney.

This is a newly created role that will take ownership of Evolution's enterprise integration capability as it transitions into business-as-usual operations. With the Boomi platform now established, you'll play a key role in ensuring the platform delivers ongoing value while shaping the future direction of integration across the organisation.

About the role

Reporting to the Group Manager, Enterprise Applications, you'll be responsible for the ongoing operation, governance and evolution of Evolution's integration platform.

Working closely with architecture, data and application teams, you'll oversee integration delivery through our strategic partner while identifying opportunities to modernise and simplify the broader integration landscape.

This is an opportunity to move beyond platform administration and contribute to how enterprise applications connect, communicate and deliver value across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning and governing Evolution's enterprise integration platform (Boomi)

- Managing integration services delivered through Infosys

- Ensuring platform reliability, performance, supportability and security

- Working closely with architecture and data teams to align integration outcomes with business priorities

- Assessing existing integrations and identifying opportunities for modernisation

- Developing roadmaps to migrate legacy integrations onto the strategic platform

- Driving integration standards, governance and continuous improvement

- Building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders

About you

You are likely someone who has successfully introduced, operated or matured an enterprise integration capability and enjoys balancing technology, vendor management and stakeholder engagement.

You understand that successful integration platforms require more than technical expertise alone. You've helped organisations establish governance, improve service delivery and transition legacy solutions into modern integration environments.

You'll bring:

- Experience leading or owning an enterprise integration platform environment

- Strong knowledge of Boomi or a comparable integration platform

- Experience managing outsourced partners or managed service providers

- Demonstrated success improving integration capability and operational maturity

- Experience supporting application modernisation or legacy migration initiatives

- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

- A practical, outcomes-focused approach to technology delivery

Experience within mining, resources, manufacturing, industrial, utilities, logistics or similarly complex operational environments will be highly regarded.
