40North Restaurants is hiring Hosts to join the team at our new restaurant opening this fall. As one of the first people our guests meet, youll help set the tone for a welcoming dining experience.
What Youll Do
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating rotation.
- Provide accurate wait-time updates and communicate with guests.
- Answer phone calls and assist with restaurant inquiries.
- Coordinate with servers and management to keep seating running smoothly.
- Keep the entrance, host stand, and menus clean and organized.
- Thank guests as they leave.
What Were Looking For
- A friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm and attentive during busy periods.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
