About this role

The Creative Producer ensures work moves through the creative process with precision, efficiency, and care. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Operations, they work alongside a Creative Account Manager, Creative Studio Managers, and the creative team to organize, plan, and execute projects so creative work is delivered on time, within scope, and with excellence.

Supporting multiple creative studios, the Creative Producer translates strategic direction and project requirements into clear, detailed project plans that guide work through each stage of the creative process. They manage schedules, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication, ensuring day-to-day workflow runs smoothly and the creative team can stay focused on producing their best work. The Creative Producer blends operational discipline with a deep respect for the creative craft, ensuring every project progresses effectively from intake through final delivery.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the end-to-end management of creative projects from intake through delivery, ensuring work is planned, organized, and executed with precision and excellence.

- Partner with a Creative Account Manager to turn strategy into actionable project plans and   maintain   alignment on priorities, timing, and scope.

- Coordinate day-to-day activities across designers,   writers   and content creators to keep deliverables on track and creative momentum high.

- Build and manage detailed schedules, track milestones, and proactively communicate status, risks, and updates to creative managers, account   manager , and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with production and vendor partners to manage estimates, deliverables, and final asset delivery.

- Ensure all creative output meets brand, compliance, and creative quality standards before release.

- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance creative team efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business   administration   or related experience.

- 3–8 years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred or similar) .

- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Understanding of creative and production processes across multiple channels (digital, print, video, social, etc.).

- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred:

- Experience within financial services, purpose-driven, or   values -based organizations.

- Understanding of   creative performance metrics.

- Understanding of   brand and compliance review processes within regulated industries.

- Certification or formal training in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, or equivalent).

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $73,788.00 - $99,831.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
