About this role
Description
Are you ready to shape the future of AI-powered productivity for Retail teams across Brazil? We're looking for a Manager III, Program Management to own and evolve the Brazil Retail AI-tech roadmap, directly impacting how Vendor Managers, Brand Specialists, and In-Stock Managers work every day. You'll build AI products from concept to full rollout, broker early access to frontier tools, and stay embedded with the users who depend on them.
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of product development, AI innovation, and frontline business needs. You'll partner with engineering teams, represent Brazil in global strategy discussions, and scale a high-ownership team—all while shipping measurable productivity gains. If you thrive in ambiguity, love context-switching between technical and business challenges, and want to see your work transform daily operations at scale, this role is for you.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive the Brazil Retail AI-technology roadmap, defining success metrics and defending them in cross-organizational forums to ensure measurable productivity improvements for Retail teams
- Build and scale AI products—including agentic tools and conversational interfaces—from concept through all-Retail rollout, iterating on prompts, UX, and user feedback loops
- Plan, coordinate, and manage programs by mitigating delivery risks, tracking progress, and driving alignment among engineering, business, finance, legal, and country-lead stakeholders to deliver results
- Secure Brazil early access to frontier AI products by partnering with central and global technology teams, and bridge gaps by integrating local tools where global solutions fall short
- Build, develop, and guide a high-performing team of individual contributors, empowering them to own workstreams end-to-end while you focus on strategic direction, larger decisions, and cross-team influence
A day in the life
Your day is a dynamic mix of build, broker, and bridge activities. You'll review agent risks and pacing with engineering partners, consolidate tester feedback and assign fix owners, and refine prompts and conversational UX for fluidity. You'll run or prepare Office Hours, check in on adoption and installations, and sync with central product teams to keep the roadmap grounded in real user needs. Frequent context-switching is the norm—one hour you're representing Brazil in global strategy calls, the next you're running risk reviews or unblocking your team on execution decisions.
About the team
You'll lead a small, high-ownership Brazil Retail team of approximately four individual contributors who cover product development, reporting and business intelligence, adoption strategies, and day-to-day AI tool operations. This is a delegation-heavy environment where team members own workstreams end-to-end, and you step in for the bigger strategic calls and cross-functional alignment.
The team collaborates closely with engineering organizations, central product teams, and the global program management community. This is where Retail's AI ambition becomes tangible—your work delivers visible, measurable impact on how frontline teams spend their time. You'll have high autonomy, direct visibility to senior leadership and across countries, and a front-row seat to frontier AI innovation while keeping Brazil ahead of the curve.

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
