Part Time Sales Advisor

- Provide excellent and professional customer service to all customers.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Develop good product knowledge and effectively communicate product features, benefits and ongoing promotions.
- Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Assist with cashiering duties and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
- Replenish merchandise and maintain neat, attractive product displays in accordance with the Company's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with receiving, checking, transferring and organizing stock.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Support stocktaking and other inventory-related activities when required.
- Adhere to Company policies, procedures and retail operational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop in Charge.

- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Passionate about retail, sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to commit to the agreed working schedule.
