About the Role
协助完成Agency渠道年度目标，支持对营销渠道的业务发展管理；贯彻执行监管部门、行业协会、公司总部的政策、制度及相关规定，为公司寿险渠道提供全面、准确、专业的业务管理支持、营业数据管理分析以及业务行政服务支持；并负责公司寿险渠道的保全规则的切实执行。
岗位职责：
- 贯彻执行监管部门、行业协会、公司总部的政策、制度及相关规定；
- 协助支持对营销渠道的业务发展管理；
- 为公司寿险渠道提供业务管理支持；
- 负责制定各项业务流程并进行有效管理；
- 营销员销售品行监督和异常业务行为管理；
- 为公司寿险渠道提供各项营业数据管理分析支持；
- 及时、妥善处理好营销员的各类特殊事项和查询；
- 根据管理层及相关部门的需求，提供各类行政公文、报告、信函等；
- 确保保全单日常处理的及时性、合规性；
- 建立保全单的营销员服务体系，并予以服务的日常培训和管理；
- 清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求；
- 及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险。
任职要求：
- 大学或以上的学历，视野广阔，有准确判断力；
- 两年以上的个险业务管理经验，对保险营销、培训、管理非常了解，熟悉营销员管理的监管制度法规、公司制度和基本法精神；
- 具备优秀的组织协调、沟通能力和团队协作、管理能力；
- 熟悉保险知识及相关政策法规，精通保险基本法；
- 具备发展战略策划、目标计划能力以及业务分析能力；
- 具备很强的项目管理能力；
- 具备较强的文字书写能力，及英语读写能力；
- 有较强的分析及发现问题的能力，具备处理复杂棘手及突发事件的经验；
- 能面对各种压力，积极正面，不惧挑战；
- 思维缜密，擅长流程制定、制度完善。
