Qualifications
A Certificate III in Process Manufacturing is desired.
Experience
The role requires some experience in tool manufacturing or metal fabrication or related field. It also requires mechanical aptitude, with the ability to set both software and mechanical parameters on custom manufacturing machinery. The candidate must also be competent in the use of hand tools, such as a file, vice, hand saw and pedestal grinder.
Technical Knowledge
The candidate must be competent in navigating manufacturing computer systems.
Capabilities/Skills
The candidate must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. They should also have a proactive approach towards self-development, with the ability to merge a broad skill-set with a unique manufacturing process.
