Make an Impact as a Clinical Data Manager at Worldwide

As a Clinical Data Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of clinical trial data across complex global studies and programs. Your expertise will help drive efficient trial execution and support the delivery of high-quality data that sponsors can trust.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to oversee data management activities from study start-up through database lock. You'll contribute to successful trial outcomes by maintaining high standards, managing risks, and ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within budget.

Working across multiple projects, you'll have the opportunity to influence processes, lead important discussions, and help shape continuous improvements in clinical data management practices.

Where You'll Work

This is a REMOTE role open to candidates based in Argentina. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

- Lead and oversee clinical data management activities across multiple complex global studies from start-up through closeout.
- Coordinate resources to ensure data management deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain key trial documentation, including data management plans, database specifications, edit check specifications, and related study materials.
- Drive effective user acceptance testing (UAT) to support high-quality database builds and study execution.
- Manage vendor data reconciliation activities and define specifications for reconciliation outputs.
- Oversee data cleaning efforts to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable clinical trial data.
- Monitor study progress through key metrics, identify risks, and communicate concerns to data management leadership.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, representing Data Management in study meetings and cross-functional discussions.
- Lead or contribute to process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management efficiency and quality.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
- Working knowledge of clinical data management best practices and technologies used in clinical trials.
