We are looking for a Commercial Manager Rugby Experiences to join us to help grow our programmes and drive revenue.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Revenue, you'll own the growth of some of NZR's exciting programmes, including All Blacks Travel & Hospitality and All Blacks Performance Labs and Conferences. You'll spot new opportunities, create fresh experiences and keep each programme on track commercially. You'll also help to pitch and land new partnerships, and build the commercial side of new events from the ground up, working with teams across NZR and external partners.

About You

You'll bring at least five years' experience in commercial development, sales or delivery in sport, entertainment or events, and you love seeing an idea through from plan to reality. You're a confident negotiator who builds great relationships, and a background in travel, hospitality or live events will give you a head start. Organised, adaptable and passionate about sport, you'll thrive on creating experiences people remember and seeing your work help grow the game in New Zealand.
