The Role

The IT Operations Technician II serves as the primary onsite Executive Support presence and delivering the white-glove technology experience that enables leadership to operate with confidence. The role is accountable for creating a seamless, world-class executive technology experience from the day-to-day interactions that keep leaders productive to the high-visibility moments where technology must simply work.

The position provides direct executive technology and conference room support, meeting readiness services and owning audio-visual operations and technology readiness for the Bellevue campus. In addition to supporting local executive operations, this role participates in enterprise-wide Executive Support and Audio-Visual initiatives, executive events, board meetings, earnings calls, leadership meetings, and strategic AV projects as needed.

This is primarily an Executive Support role, with significant responsibilities for Bellevue AV operations and executive collaboration technologies.

The Main Responsibilities

Executive Support Services
- Deliver proactive, high-touch support to executives, assistants, and senior leaders across laptops, mobile devices, collaboration, conferencing, and productivity tools.
- Build trusted relationships with executive assistants, anticipate technology needs, and resolve urgent or complex issues with discretion and exceptional service.
- Support executive onboarding, leadership transitions, device refreshes, and office technology readiness.
Bellevue AV Ownership
- Own Bellevue executive-office AV and conference room readiness, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and leadership collaboration spaces.
- Test and maintain displays, cameras, microphones, room controls, and collaboration tools; coordinate with Facilities, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain room-readiness standards, testing procedures, documentation, and best practices.
Executive Event & Meeting Support
- Support executive meetings, offsites, board meetings, earnings calls, town halls, and other high-visibility events.
- Lead pre-event planning, testing, rehearsals, and readiness reviews; provide onsite support, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist with portable AV, room setups, event technology logistics, meeting production, post-event reviews, and continuous improvement.
Enterprise AV & Collaboration Projects
- Partner with Executive Support leadership and AV teams on strategic company-wide AV and collaboration initiatives.
- Support conference room modernization, Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments, executive collaboration enhancements, equipment standards, testing methods, documentation, best practices, special projects, and enterprise executive technology initiatives.
 
## What We Look For in a Candidate

Required Qualifications

- Seven or more years of experience supporting CEO and other executive-level customers, VIP users, or senior business leaders.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, mobile devices, and modern collaboration platforms.
- Experience supporting conference room technologies and audio-visual systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, collaboration, and conferencing technologies.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally in support of executive events, leadership meetings, and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Experience supporting board meetings, earnings calls, executive events, or senior leadership activities.
- Familiarity with enterprise conference room technologies, room control systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience supporting hybrid meeting environments and large-scale event technology.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across audio, video, presentation-sharing, and conferencing technologies.
- Knowledge of conference room design, AV integrations, and workplace collaboration technologies.

- Ensures successful delivery of executive meetings, leadership events, and high-visibility presentations.
- Maintains reliable and highly available executive collaboration technologies.
- Builds strong partnerships with executive assistants, facilities teams, AV partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of Executive Support and AV services across the enterprise

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$71,108 - $94,809 in these states: WA
