As a Field Specialist - Cementing, you will support the Pressure Pumping division. You will be working on a variety of complex projects. In-line with Cementing Recovery plan, to cover cementing job audits and flawless service delivery.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring HSE requirements complied, carrying out quality management and providing feedback on products in field or safe level of spare inventory.

- Perform engineering design reviews and validation checks for cementing operations to ensure compliance with job requirements, operational standards, and customer-agreed objectives.

- Performing checks of equipment required for cementing to ensure operational readiness.

- Coordinating and supervising activities of the team via assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.

- Coaching, developing and mentoring junior members of the team to share knowledge.

- Providing records of equipment and other materials to the customer representative at the rig/well site.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a related technical college or equivalent.

- Have at least 3 years' of field experience in cementing.

- Be an effective team player and display good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

- Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.

- Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo any additional required training.

- Be able to travel nationally and internationally to work with customers on-site.
