About the Role:

As a member of the Business Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence across the partner ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Partners, Finance, Legal, etc, —to provide exceptional support to both internal stakeholders and partners while ensuring operational processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant.

This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are a self-starter with a strong operational mindset, capable of managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving initiatives from concept through execution. You take ownership of challenges, continuously identify opportunities for improvement, and leverage data to inform decisions that enhance the partner experience.

The successful candidate will combine strong operational expertise with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will be passionate about building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency through automation, and delivering a best-in-class experience for our partners.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end partner operational processes, including partner onboarding, process enablement, deal support, and ongoing operational activities to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for partner inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining compliance with partner program policies and governance requirements.
- Maintain reseller account setup and data integrity across multiple systems, ensuring accurate and consistent execution of operational processes.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing scalable improvements, and leading automation and system enhancement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support operational consistency and enable self-service.
- Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend data-driven improvements to business processes.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partner Management, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver seamless operational support and communicate process updates and policy changes effectively.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the partner operating model, strengthen governance, improve scalability, and deliver a best-in-class partner experience.

Requirements:

- Systems & CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), partner management platforms (PRM), or ERP platforms to maintain data integrity and streamline operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Customer Success) to align business requirements and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Operational Excellence: Strong operational discipline with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent results.
- Root Cause Analysis: Strong problem-solving aptitude with a focus on evaluating complex operational issues, identifying root causes, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Ownership & Execution: Demonstrates accountability, takes initiative, and drives work to completion with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Analytical Thinking: Applies data-driven analysis and sound judgment to solve problems, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex operational concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering a high-touch, seamless operational experience to external partners and reseller networks.
- Relevant Experience in partner operations, business operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical role within a technology or SaaS company.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
