Our role
Our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with business leaders to attract and hire exceptional people. We like to think we do things differently. We are talent sourcing specialists who enjoy solving complex talent challenges while having a laugh along the way.
Our team delivers regional talent searches across the energy, chemicals and resources sectors, supporting major projects as well as our corporate and consulting teams. We are also supported by Eightfold AI, our global talent acquisition CRM, which is helping us strengthen how we find and engage talent.
As our newest team member in Brisbane or Adelaide, you will support a variety of disciplines and role types across areas including Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Construction.
You will be a sourcing specialist who enjoys building strong relationships with hiring leaders, internal candidates and external talent looking to develop their careers with Worley.
What you’ll bring
- Experience working within a professional recruitment agency or internal talent acquisition team.
- Experience recruiting roles across areas such as Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction or Consulting.
- Strong talent sourcing capability, with experience delivering complex searches through LinkedIn and other talent acquisition technology platforms.
- A detail-focused approach, with the ability to stay across every role, candidate process and stakeholder relationship.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute positively within a close-knit team.
- The ability to independently manage and deliver your portfolio of open roles.
- A passion for solving talent challenges by combining technology with your own recruitment knowledge and experience.
