About this role

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities

Monitor spare parts inventory, demand planning, and order fulfilment activities.

•Ensure availability of critical spare parts

•Experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules for order processing, stock checking and stock transfer.

•Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure part availability.

• Ensure all related SAP view and initial stocking qty is mapped for parts introduced through ECN and ER Process.

•Analyze spare parts consumption trends and recommend inventory optimization initiatives.

•Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

•Handle customer inquiries and provide effective communication regarding spare parts availability, pricing, and delivery

Experience

•8 to 10 years of experience in the Spare Parts/Aftermarket industry.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / BE

•Hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP MM modules.

•Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

•Knowledge of ECN and ER Process

•Experience in inventory management, spare parts planning

•Previously worked in Spares for any sector OR worked at Kanhe SBU would be added advantage
