Your Role:

- Support cost accounting and profitability analysis for one or more assigned legal entities within a global Shared Service Center.
- Partner with local Finance and Controlling teams to provide operational and analytical support in cost accounting and profitability reporting.
- Manage and execute cost accounting maintenance and posting activities to ensure an accurate and timely view of overhead costs for controlling analysis and business decision-making.
- Maintain cost accounting allocation, ensuring compliance with global guidelines and data integrity requirements.
- Execute period-end closing activities (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in accordance with international standards and company guidelines.
- Prepare and support the delivery of financial and management reports required during period-end close.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of cost accounting and profitability reporting outputs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors; prepare comprehensive audit schedules, pre-audit analyses, and resolve complex audit queries.
- Ensure all processes strictly adhere to internal controls, Group accounting policies, and local statutory regulations.
- Track relevant operational metrics and contribute ideas that improve close performance, data quality and stakeholder experience.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.

Who You Are:

- Bachelor’s degree holder in finance, accounting or any related field required
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance with direct related experience with full-cycle cost accounting and profitability analysis
- Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred
- Experience with Cost Accounting and Profitability Accounting
- Experience with SAP CO-OM and CO-PA or and reporting tools
- Fluent English language skills required
- Willing to be based in BGC, Taguig
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift / night shift schedule (varying shifts every MEC and NONMEC)
