Role Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end manufacturing and plant finance activities, including month-end, accruals, reconciliations, overhead allocations and financial controls.

- Support COGS budgeting, forecasting and analysis, including Budget, LE, Strategic Plan and long-term COGS projections.

- Prepare and support SCF MIS, dashboards and monthly business reviews, while driving automation and standardization of reporting processes.

- Perform COGS and conversion cost variance analysis, covering material cost, PPV, FX, wastage, production volume and other key manufacturing cost drivers.

- Support inventory controlling and reconciliation across RM, PM, WIP and FG, including physical stock verification, ageing, ML close, E&O provisions and closure of GR/IR and MIGO/MIRO open items.

- Support CAPEX planning and governance, including Budget/LE, actuals and payout tracking, ROI analysis, capitalization and Fixed Asset verification.

- Support product costing and standard cost roll-ups for finished goods, raw materials and packaging materials, including annual and ad-hoc cost roll-ups.

- Work closely with the Shared Services partner to ensure timely and accurate execution of day-to-day plant finance activities, reconciliations and month-end deliverables.

- Provide finance support to co-manufacturing/co-packer operations, including costing, conversion/bottling costs, inventory, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.

- Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement and Planning teams to analyse production costs, PPV, losses, wastage and productivity initiatives, and identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions.

- Support internal, statutory and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation, timely resolution of audit queries and adherence to financial controls, policies and SOPs.

- Support 3-Year Plan, Strategic Plan, manufacturing footprint and other SCF initiatives, providing financial analysis for new manufacturing locations, cost optimization and business decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience and Academic base

- CMA / MBA / M.Com / CA Inter in Finance with 3-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Plant Controlling, Costing or Financial Planning & Analysis.

- Experience working in FMCG, spirits, beverages, consumer goods or a manufacturing environment

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)

- Working knowledge of Power Pivot, Power BI, Power Query is desirable
