Job Purpose
To support the JLG business in financial planning, cost governance, MIS reporting, and operational controls. The role will be responsible for product-level P&L tracking, cost analysis, purchase order and invoice management, business reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure effective financial and operational management of the business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Track and manage the JLG product-level P&L, including cost and profitability analysis
- Partner with Finance, CRES, Procurement, Accounts, and business teams to understand and validate cost drivers
- Conduct cost deep-dives, identify variances, and highlight risks/opportunities
- Prepare P&L reviews, business performance reports, and management presentations
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and key cost metrics to ensure financial discipline
- Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate invoice validation and processing
- Liaise with vendors, BCs, and Accounts teams to ensure timely payments and reconciliations
Secondary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MIS, dashboards, and business performance reports
- Analyse business data and generate insights to support decision-making
- Support BAU business activities, reviews, and cross-functional projects
- Drive reporting enhancements and process improvements through automation and analytics
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage data, reporting, and operational requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of P&L management, financial analytics, and cost structures
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of PO and invoice management processes
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment
Educational Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, MIS, Business Analytics, Product Finance, or similar roles
- Experience in P&L analysis, cost management, procurement coordination, and business reporting
- Strong hands-on expertise in Excel, MIS, and data-driven analysis
