Job Requirements

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Supervisor to join our team in overseeing real estate residential projects. As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential projects

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines

- Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards

- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising residential projects

- Strong knowledge of real estate development processes

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
