What You'll Do

Your focus will depend on the role, but it may include:

- Optimizing production processes with LEAN methods (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping), Kanban and JIT
- Running time studies (REFA/MTM) and supporting capacity planning and sequencing
- Driving predictive and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Supporting tool installation, qualification and ramp-up, and optimizing spare-parts strategies
- Designing safe, ergonomic workplaces and equipment that meet CE and safety standards
- Using SAP/ERP and performance data to guide continuous improvement and decisions
- Leading or supporting cross-functional improvement projects, including documentation for audits and compliance

What You Bring

- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Profound experience in industrial or equipment engineering, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- A solid grounding in mechanical and electrical engineering
- Hands-on experience in one or more of these areas: LEAN/process optimization, REFA/MTM, maintenance and reliability, spare-parts management, CE/safety compliance
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and clear communication across teams

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
