KBR is looking for Growth & Proposals Coordinator (Infrastructure & Built Environment) to be based in Dubai - UAE flexible working arrangements may be considered based on business needs.

Position Summary

The Growth Coordinator supports the Infrastructure & Built Environment growth team by coordinating growth activities, maintaining high-quality pursuit content and knowledge resources, and providing effective administrative and logistical support. The role serves as a key point of coordination across the Infrastructure business and Growth Enablement team, helping to ensure that presentations, proposals, leadership updates, and related materials are accurate, consistent, timely, and professionally presented.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the development, maintenance, and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, presentations, and other Infrastructure growth materials.
- Serve as the Infrastructure focal point for growth-related knowledge management, ensuring content is current, accessible, and consistently organized.
- Coordinate growth portals, opportunity records, and related stakeholder engagement to support timely and accurate submissions.
- Act as the Infrastructure lessons learned champion, capturing insights from pursuits and supporting the application of lessons to future opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, review sessions, opportunity notice discussions, and other Infrastructure growth activities, including schedules, materials, actions, and logistics.
- Support data collection, content integration, document control, and the preparation of leadership updates and reports.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Infrastructure leadership and business development teams.
- Partner with the Growth Enablement team on proposals and other priority pursuits, helping to maintain alignment with established processes, standards, and deadlines.
- Track actions, milestones, and dependencies, proactively escalating risks or gaps that may affect delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling commercially sensitive information.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Two to five years of experience in coordination, business development, marketing, communications, proposal support, or a related environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation or document-production tools is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, professional materials for varied audiences.
- Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, construction, or professional services pursuits is preferred.
- Experience with growth platforms, CRM systems, document repositories, or knowledge-management tools is advantageous.
