Overview:
- The Channels AR Specialist is part of the US Customer Business Operations team and manages assigned reseller and end-user accounts involving credit, collections, and billing issues. The role monitors account activity, follows up on outstanding invoices, secures payments, resolves billing concerns, maintains accurate payment records, and processes refunds and other Accounts Receivable transactions. The specialist also supports cash application, account adjustments, tax research, and audit compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow, reduce financial risk, maintain positive customer relationships, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor assigned accounts, review collection reports, and follow up on outstanding invoices through calls and emails.
- Provide customer statements, track payment arrangements, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Resolve billing issues by coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Manage credit holds, recommend bad debt write-offs, and process approved refunds.
- Support invoicing, account adjustments, cash application, tax research, and audit compliance activities.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience; Accounting is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate collections experience preferred.
- Knowledge of credit, collections, billing processes, and Accounts Receivable compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
