Location: BGC or Mandaluyong
Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow platform APIs.
- Build, enhance, and support ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Finance, and other applications based on business requirements.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Optimize database queries, workflows, and application configurations to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and promote maintainable, high-quality code.
- Lead the preparation of deployment runbooks and coordinate application deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
- Configure and develop Now Assist and other AI-related ServiceNow capabilities to support business and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and other technical stakeholders to clarify implementation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work independently while contributing to team objectives, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow application development, customization, and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM.
- Experience with Now Assist and AI-related configuration or development within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), with a developer-focused background rather than a business-user profile.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Experience working with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience supporting production deployments, preparing runbooks, and maintaining enterprise ServiceNow applications.

- Deployment & Support: Runbook preparation, deployment coordination, production support, and root cause analysis.
- Development Methodologies: Agile practices, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
