Your Team, Your Impact
Quality Management System is responsible for implementing and driving global ISO9001 compliant processes. The team is also responsible for management of our product life cycle, Document control, Change control, Non-conforming process, IC product marking and labeling, NPI project management and Customer RFI.
What You Can Expect
- Assist with document control activities, including creation, review, revision, and archival of quality documents and records.
- Participate in internal audits by preparing audit materials, collecting evidence, and tracking corrective actions.
- Analyze quality and process performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support process owners in documenting workflows, procedures, and work instructions.
- Assist with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities, including root cause analysis and verification effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Use AI tools and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies, automate routine tasks, generate insights, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop AI-assisted solutions, dashboards, or workflows that enhance process effectiveness, document management, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and metrics to communicate quality performance and project outcomes.
- Perform other quality-related projects and assignments as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related discipline.
- Familiar with Software development process.
- Proficient with MS Office & data analysis tools
- Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lessons Learned
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- AI application knowledge and experience
