In the Industrial Performance Department, we aim to drive operational excellence by improving productivity, optimizing resources, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

MISSION:

In the domain of industrial engineering and continuous improvement,

- Support and drive productivity and operational efficiency improvements through the application of Michelin Way and Lean methodologies.
- Identify, challenge, and implement improvement opportunities across People, Profit, and Planet domains.
- Empower operational teams to sustain continuous improvement initiatives and successfully manage change.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant internship or professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills with a solid foundation in mathematics and logical reasoning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Strong learning agility and adaptability in dynamic and complex environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2 level).
- Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools such as Time Motion Study, Machine Chart, Capacity Analysis, and OEE.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Experience through internships, academic projects, or organizational activities involving process improvement or data analysis.
- Familiarity with Power BI, statistical analysis, or other digital improvement tools.
