As a Field Service Engineer/Technician, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair advanced medical devices used in hospitals and healthcare facilities. You'll be the trusted technical expert supporting customers across your territory and ensuring equipment performs safely and reliably.

What You'll Do

- Install, validate and commission new equipment.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance on medical devices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide exceptional on-site customer support and training.
- Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Education and Technical Service teams.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in company systems.
- Manage tools, inventory and parts within your assigned territory.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction activities.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in a technical service, field service or maintenance role.
- Experience working with medical devices or other highly regulated equipment is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
- Good English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, CRM systems and digital service tools.

Working Environment

- Field-based role supporting hospitals and surgery centers.
- Up to 90% travel within the assigned territory.
- Occasional overnight travel and on-call support may be required.
