Job Description:
1. Programme Integrated Planning Management
- Mission: Translate and manage the Programme strategy through integrated planning.
- Core Duties: Balance commercial needs with operational capacity; monitor production rate readiness; and oversee planning governance to ensure collaboration across functions.
- Key Deliverables: A unified planning reference for all departments and continuous monitoring of the Programme Baseline.
2. Baseline Integrated Planning Management
- Mission: Create optimal, constraint-compliant scenarios and coordinate planning between VS (FAL, Plants), Airbus, Procurement and Transport.
- Core Duties: Develop planning scenarios based on commercial inputs and disruptions; and formalize new Series Production Programmes (SPP) as the official reference.
- Key Deliverables: Optimized industrial/commercial scenarios and the official SPP/CAP MCA within APC Jaguar, SAP, and UP.
3. Integrated Version Planning Management
- Mission: Generate and maintain the "Ho Version" integrated planning, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
- Core Duties: Support AMSL’s on-time delivery commitments; optimize planning integration; and synchronize engineering/development plans with production slots.
- Key Deliverables: End-to-end Integrated Version Planning (creation, updates, and monitoring).
4. Allocation Integrated Planning Management
- Mission: Generate an optimal Aircraft Allocation Table (AAT) based on contracts and operational constraints.
- Core Duties: Link industrial and commercial planning; and allocate contracts to suitable industrial slots to ensure on-time customer delivery.
- Key Deliverables: Yearly aircraft delivery plans (Windows Charts) for decision-making and the official AAT reference document.
5. Transport Management
- Mission: Coordinate A400M logistical needs with the Airbus Oversize Transport Programme to ensure requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Core Duties: Update Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for oversize component transport; lead weekly Transport Alignment Meetings with stakeholders; and optimize transport solutions (e.g., Beluga load optimization) to minimize costs.
- Key Deliverables: Secured transport capacity and optimized logistics costs.
6. APC Jaguar Administration
- Mission: Act as the functional administrator for the APC-Jaguar planning tool.
- Core Duties: Launch the agreed industrial plan in APC-Jaguar; manage user access and environments; and oversee system upgrades and user training.
- Key Deliverables: A fully operational APC-Jaguar environment and a trained user network.
