Position Summary
You will lead management accounting activities that deliver timely, accurate financial information and insight for assigned entities. You will work closely with finance leaders, commercial and supply chain partners, shared services and external providers. We value clear thinking, practical problem-solving and collaboration. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead the month-end management close for assigned entities, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet postings and timely delivery of management packs.
- Own and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and control activities, investigate variances and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
- Prepare concise financial analysis and commentary to support commercial, supply chain and leadership decision-making.
- Partner with commercial, supply chain, tax, shared service teams and external vendors to ensure transactions are recorded and controlled correctly.
- Manage relationships with shared service providers or BPOs to monitor delivery and improve process efficiency.
- Support process improvements and reporting automation, including ERP updates and reporting tool enhancements.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Degree or professional accounting qualification (for example ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical accounting experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, financial reporting or statutory accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and month-end close processes.
- Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
- Proven ability to prepare reconciliations, variance analyses and clear management commentary for stakeholders.
- This role is hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with your manager.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience working with shared service providers, third-party BPOs or managing external delivery partners.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks such as SOX and experience supporting audits.
- Exposure to supply chain finance, intercompany accounting or trading partner finance processes.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL for analysis and automation.
- Track record of coaching or leading small teams and mentoring junior accountants.
- Experience in finance transformation, ERP migration projects or S/4HANA deployments, including testing and cutover support.

Working pattern
This role is hybrid and based in India. You will work on-site regularly and have agreed remote days with your manager.
