The role of Internal Logistics Excellence Manager (Central Europe) can be based in Krakow Hub, Poland or R&D Center in Lozorno, Slovakia .

Responsibilities:

- Improve logistics processes and material flows across manufacturing sites

- Lead workshops focused on waste elimination and operational efficiency

- Analyze plant logistics performance and identify improvement opportunities

- Support layout redesign and logistics organization projects

- Evaluate automation opportunities and support implementation plans

- Develop improvement roadmaps together with plant teams

- Share Lean methodologies and best practices across the Supply Chain community

- Support investment decisions through data and cost analysis

- Contribute to Group standards and operational excellence initiatives

- Coach teams in sustainable continuous improvement practices

Requirements:

- Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain degree

- Strong Lean Manufacturing background

- Experience in logistics, production, or operational excellence roles

- Practical experience with process improvement projects

- Workshop facilitation and change-management skills

- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actions

- Project management experience

- Strong communication and coaching skills

- Fluent English

- International mindset and willingness to travel
