We are looking for an analytical and customer-oriented Insurance Analyst to join our Insurance Team. In this role, you will combine insurance analytics, customer risk consulting and commercial support to help fleet customers reduce claims, improve safety performance and optimise insurance costs while contributing to the development of our insurance business.

Role Overview:

As an Insurance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing claims and portfolio performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities and providing customers with insights and recommendations that support better risk management and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor claims performance, loss ratio development and portfolio profitability across the insurance portfolio.
- Identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement across the insurance portfolio and translate data into actionable recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Produce dashboards, reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
- Develop customer-specific risk reduction recommendations and support the implementation of preventative actions aimed at reducing claims frequency and severity.
- Conduct claims and profitability reviews with customers and provide risk management recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert in fleet insurance and risk management during customer meetings, tenders, renewals and insurance-related consultations.
- Contribute to insurance penetration growth while maintaining portfolio profitability.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and insurance partners to improve reporting, processes and performance management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, claims management, risk consulting, fleet management or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical business actions.
- Experience presenting analyses and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset and understanding of insurance profitability drivers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent Finnish and English skills are required.

Compensation start level is 3200 euros / month.
