JOB PURPOSE

PAY RANGE

99,600.00 - 124,500.00 - 149,400.00 PLN Annual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:

- Uczestniczenie w procesie zatwierdzania wyrobów (PPAP) i obsługi reklamacji (8D).
- Udział w procesie rozwiązywania problemów związanych z jakością i monitorowanie działań naprawczych zarówno w przypadku problemów wewnętrznych, jak i zidentyfikowanych przez klienta.
- Rozwiązywanie problemów jakościowych i realizacja działań korygujących przy użyciu różnych narzędzi jakościowych (Shainin, Six Sigma)
- Udział w przygotowywaniu dokumentacji jakościowej (FMEA, Control Plan) i tworzeniu instrukcji pracy.
- Monitorowanie, raportowanie i analizę wskaźników jakościowych.
- Prowadzenie szkoleń dla pracowników produkcji.
- Udoskonalanie systemu jakości w celu spełnienia wymagań klienta i zapewnienia najwyższej jakości produktu.
- Uczestniczenie w procesie wdrażania zmian (opiniowanie zmian, weryfikacja skuteczności zmian).

Wymagane kwalifikacje:

- Minimum 2 - letnie doświadczenie jako inżynier procesu/zapewnienia jakości w przemyśle motoryzacyjnym.
- Udokumentowana wiedza dotycząca: budowania  Planów Kontroli i FMEA, zasad funkcjonowania sprzętu kontrolno-pomiarowego oraz technik pomiarowych, stosowania technik analizy przyczyny powstania wad/niezgodności (quality core tools), zasad stosowania statystycznej kontroli procesu (SPC), procesów montażu i podstawowych technik wytwarzania, geometrii rysunkowej oraz wymiarowania.
- Wiedza dot. Norm IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
- Zarządzanie zatwierdzeniem wyrobu wg wymagań Klienta.
- Doświadczenie w raportowaniu z wykorzystaniem Powerpoint i Excel
- Umiejętność wykorzystania programów statystycznych jak Minitab  etc.
- Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego
- Znajomość specyficznych wymagań klientów OEM (Ford, VW, BMW, etc.) jako dodatkowy atut.
- Ukończony kurs audytora wewnętrznego lub audytora procesu, potwierdzony certyfikatem – mile widziane.
