Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure and systems projects. The role helps ensure that scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. It combines day-to-day project coordination with governance support, vendor follow-up, risk control, documentation, and change management in line with recognized project management practices such as PRINCE2 and PMP-based delivery controls. Key Responsibilities • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, trackers, and resource plans. • Coordinate activities across developers, engineers, support teams, and vendors. • Prepare project status updates, meeting minutes, action logs, and reports. • Follow up on vendor deliveries, quotations, contracts, and service follow-up. • Support budget tracking, risk and issue logging, and escalation of concerns. • Coordinate testing, validation, commissioning, and handover activities. • Maintain accurate project documentation and support change control processes. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. • 2-5 years of experience in IT project coordination, project administration, PMO support, assistant project management, or infrastructure/system implementation roles. • Experience in enterprise technology projects and working with business users, technical teams, vendors, and customers. • Good understanding of project controls, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and documentation. • PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred. • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure vendors, project reporting tools, and implementation activities such as UAT, cutover, testing, and commissioning.
