About this role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Java, and Spring Boot to strengthen the team supporting the LSL integration platform and TMS migration across IMG and EU markets. The role combines product ownership, technical delivery, cloud engineering, application support, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver secure, scalable solutions for finished-vehicle logistics operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of software development, solution design, testing, and application support experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing Java applications with Spring Boot and microservices.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating solutions on GCP.
- Experience with GCP data services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
- Practical experience with Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud architecture principles.
- Experience developing, securing, integrating, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, application performance, and data integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; able to work independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- GCP certification, such as Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience with AWS or Azure in addition to GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar database platforms.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and cloud security controls.
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, applications, or automation use cases.
- Contribution to open-source projects or experience working in distributed engineering teams.
