Job Description
The Accounting Associate is responsible for researching HR; Benefits; and Payroll compliance matters that are related to client services offering and executing internal control and operational reviews of Concentrix operations in support of compliance requirements. This position will provide leadership for team audits: participate in client project implementation efforts; and be assigned the more difficult special projects requested by management. Additionally; this position provides management with consultative support to assist in controlling and/or enhancing processes; functions and systems; compliance and policies; procedures; accounting; and other regulations. The incumbent will also be responsible for continuously identifying new risks prevalent and emerging in the International region and map.

What you will do in this role

• Evaluate the adequacy of systems/operational controls of assigned areas including the strengths and weakness of those areas
• Determine compliance with Corporate, regulatory and client policies and procedures
• Promote operational efficiencies and identify cost-savings opportunities
• Develop programs to test assigned areas based on risk-assessed priorities
• Compile and document comprehensive audit work papers supporting audit scope, procedures performed, and conclusions
• Analyze, evaluate, and document the effectiveness of the system of the internal control through interviews and document reviews to ensure that financial reports and operating records are accurate, properly authorized, and safeguarded
• Interface with Corporate, IM, CC and EC IT representatives and utilize computerized audit techniques if appropriate, to complete scope elements related to information systems
• Communicate with various levels of management ensuring all phases of work and keep them apprised of control weakness identified both during the course of the assignment and upon completion

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with seven years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
• Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism
• Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen
