As a Deli/Bakery Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our deli and bakery departments, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
The Role:
- Manage and lead a team of deli and bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible for the preparation, display, and serving of deli and bakery products according to established standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.
- Train new employees on deli/bakery procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions, pricing strategies, and new product offerings.
